Intensive Driving Courses Basingstoke

I did a 30 hour intensive course with instructor Anthony Hughes, and would 100% recommend the course! I’ve done driving lessons before doing weekly lessons and I found that it didn’t really work for me, it always felt that my progress and confidence was being lost by having to wait a whole week to drive again. By doing an intensive course with 5 hour lessons I made progress so quickly and it really helped with my confidence. I passed my driving test sooner than I ever imagined I could, and I personally think the course was great value for money, as the previous time I learnt I spent more than that and got no where near the same standard. I would also highly recommend my instructor Anthony, he was extremely patient and helpful and really helped to reduce my anxiety around driving. 100%

Having had some previous driving experience I opted for the 3-day intensive course and had Kelvin Potter as my instructor. Kelvin was excellent – he quickly worked out the areas that needed the most improvement and how to address them in order for me to get up to test standard within the (relatively short) time we had before the test itself. His approach is very comprehensive and refreshing. He will always ensure that you understand fully why he is asking or telling you to take a certain action with your driving. It makes a change from my past experiences with other instructors where I was told to do something but not necessarily given the reason behind the instruction. Kelvin is also open to how you want the student-instructor communication to go. You can ask him to push you hard as you want and just as easily ask him to ease off. This worked really well and as a result this helped me get the result I wanted – passing my test! Highly recommended.

It was a great week, I was ready to take my test after just one week which was fantastic and my instructor was brilliant. He was patient, reassuring and a great laugh too. I would recommend oneweekdriving school to everyone, they work extremely efficiently and are very very helpful and although the price may sound steep at first glance, what you get for your money is well worth it. They make the whole learning process a breeze.
