Kelvin is a great instructor, very calm and patient, who helped me go from a novice who dreaded driving to being a confident and competent driver. He is very helpful and accurate with what actions cause faults, knows what I am thinking and how/when corrects that, and is good at building confidence. He also consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty of instructing, helping find cars, giving tips about insurance and servicing, and entertaining with stories. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Kelvin, and would recommend him to anyone.

Having had some previous driving experience I opted for the 3-day intensive course and had Kelvin Potter as my instructor. Kelvin was excellent – he quickly worked out the areas that needed the most improvement and how to address them in order for me to get up to test standard within the (relatively short) time we had before the test itself. His approach is very comprehensive and refreshing. He will always ensure that you understand fully why he is asking or telling you to take a certain action with your driving. It makes a change from my past experiences with other instructors where I was told to do something but not necessarily given the reason behind the instruction. Kelvin is also open to how you want the student-instructor communication to go. You can ask him to push you hard as you want and just as easily ask him to ease off. This worked really well and as a result this helped me get the result I wanted – passing my test! Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend an intensive course with One Week Driving course. My instructor Dler was great, very patient, very calm and a great teacher! Thank you very much!

After having lost all my confidence in my driving practice and not having had lessons for well over a year, the 18hr course was perfect for me in order to finally pass my test. Badia was really kind and understanding when I explained my anxiety surrounding driving and specifically the practical test, with only three days to get my driving up to scratch she was incredibly helpful and considerate. Definitely recommend the course to nervous drivers who just need to learn how to keep calm behind the wheel so they can focus on driving safely so that they pass. Had my test cancelled but immediately arranged to the next day so I was lucky, but perhaps be prepared for cancellation.
